Our program was created to help each person we work with, see personal growth. As they grow, their self-confidence will grow as well. Think of it like a summer bootcamp but with incentives, competition, prizes, money, building valuable life skills, fun, and making friends.The communication skills they will develop, will set them up for a better future. They will be more prepared to negotiate higher pay with an employer, know how to show more confidence in the way they present themselves, and learn the skill of negotiation.We work one-on-one with each person in our program to help them get the most growth possible during the summer.They will create relationships that last a life-time and gain skills that will help them create even more friends and relationships throughout life.Casey Ashby and Matt Stewart are the owners and would love to hop on a call to answer any questions. We strive to teach good values of honesty and hard work. After serving as a missionary in Chile for two years, I attended Utah Valley University, where I played soccer and studied Business Marketing.While in school, I was randomly approached in the halls and invited to join a summer sales program. I was told I could earn $20,000–$30,000 in just 3.5 months, but that the personal growth I would experience would be even more valuable than the money.I said, "No. Sales isn’t for me." I was skeptical about making that much money. After I declined, the recruiter spoke with a few of my colleagues, who decided to look into it. Seeing them commit made me reconsider. I talked with my parents, got their blessing, and decided to give it a shot for the summer.That first summer—11 years ago—I earned just over $40,000. Looking back, I can confidently say that the personal growth, friendships, self-discovery, and communication skills I gained, along with all the fun I had, were worth far more than the money.After several years in the industry, I partnered with Matt Stewart to start Spire Pest Control. I laugh when I think about it now because I’ve become the guy I once said no to—the one inviting others to step out of their comfort zones and experience life-changing growth over a single summer.Thank you for trusting us to ensure your son or daughter has a great experience this summer.We promise to give them the best experience possible.
